Join us for an afternoon of workshops and fashion you simply cannot find in Oregon.

STRONG AND FLEXIBLE BODY MAGIC:

Imagine stirring your bellydance, yoga, and Pilates skills into a pot, a recipe for flexible and strong body magic.

This 1.5-hour multi-modality workshop is designed for bellydancers to build their strength and flexibility. We’ll take the physical components of yoga asana and Pilates, intertwine the fluidity and sharpness of fusion bellydance over them, and dive into the muscle, fascia, and breath beneath. Expect to leave more connected, grounded, and dynamic on stage.

This all-levels workshop is your gateway to those elusive skills — standing one-leg balances, splits, backbends, and folds. We’ll work close to the ground for some of the workshop, so socks, knee pads or a yoga mat will help with your comfort.

About Tracy Lynn:

Tracy Lynn is a Fusion Bellydance, Yoga, and Pilates teacher from Los Angeles, specializing in anatomy-based movement. She aims to build each student’s abilities and confidence, drawing on a diverse background to shape her classes, workshops, and retreats. She is certified and trained in multiple sub-formats of Pilates and Yoga, teaching them fulltime throughout the LA area.

Tracy Lynn’s dance career began with Mandala DanceWorks (2008–2016), performing at Tribal Fest, Lightning in a Bottle, Gothla US, Bellydance Masters, Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive, and The Massive Spectacular. She took 1st place for duet choreography at the 2011 Breakthrough Fusion Competition in San Francisco.

In 2015, she joined Burning Sensations at Wasteland Weekend for a group fire performance on the main stage, and created and performed work with Hell’s Sirens, a post-apocalyptic bellydance collective at Wasteland’s main stage and the Wastelander’s Ball. She now is producing APOCALYPTA, a thematic, apocalyptic, fusion Bellydance show at Wasteland Weekend. Her dark, modern fusion work has since appeared at Shadowdance, Rhaqsira, The Great Conjunction, Ritual Solstice, and Torture Garden.

Outside of in-person teaching, she runs the online Tracy Lynn Movement community of 1,000+ worldwide members, offering yoga, Pilates, barre, and dance.
